Instructions for use:
Apply after a Blondor lightening service.
Express toning to neutralize warm golden reflections and achieve soft blonde results.
MIXING TIPS:
EXPRESS TONING: mix 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect 1.9%. Quick and reliable toning for soft blonde results.
EXPRESS TONING and as a BASE BREAKER: mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect.
Perfect for gently lightening natural roots and toning lengths and ends. Evens out color boundaries - for premium blonde results.

/86 Ultra Cool Booster can be used to more strongly neutralize golden/orange reflections.
