Hair Rollers

Hair rollers are classic yet always relevant tools for creating waves, curls and volume in a gentle way. They allow styling hair without direct heat, making them ideal both for temporary styling and as support in technical treatments like perms.

Suitable for short, medium and long hair, rollers offer great versatility and allow different results depending on the diameter and the technique used.

Using natural drying or a hair dryer, they create soft waves, defined curls or simply increase root volume.

They are perfect for wavy hair that wants more definition, for straight hair that desires movement and for treatments like perms, where they help fix the new hair structure.

How to choose the right rollers?

The choice depends on the desired result and hair length. Small diameters create tight, defined curls, while large ones are ideal for soft, voluminous waves. On short hair it is preferable to use smaller rollers for a better grip, while on long hair larger diameters can be used for a more natural effect.

The hair type also influences: fine hair requires lighter holds, while thick or hard-to-style hair needs stronger hold.

How to put in rollers?

You can put them on damp or slightly towel-dried hair to obtain a defined curl that lasts a long time and forms during drying, or on dry hair for a less lasting style that lasts about a day.
To achieve a long-lasting result it is therefore important to:

• wash the hair and blot it leaving it slightly damp

• divide the mane into neat sections

• wrap each strand around the roller starting from the ends towards the root

• secure and leave in place until completely dry

• remove gently and shape with fingers or a brush

Hair rollers are a practical and gentle solution to achieve movement and volume without using heat and are also suitable for those less skilled with curling irons and thermal brushes.
