How to use:
Mix (in a 1:2 ratio) the Decolorvit Blue decolorizing powder with an oxidant emulsion at 20/30/40 volumes in a non-metallic bowl until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
Apply to unwashed and dry hair, distributing evenly over fine and regular strands.
Leave on for 30-50 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and shampoo.
