Shipping and Delivery

  • Free shipping from €59.90. For orders below this amount, the standard shipping cost is €5.90, which may vary if the order exceeds a certain weight.
  • Delivery is carried out via DHL, GLS, UPS, and Poste Italiane couriers, Monday to Friday.
  • Once the order has been confirmed and shipped, the customer will receive an email with the details and tracking information.
  • All orders placed before 8:30 AM will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders within Italy are delivered within approximately 48 working hours.
  • Orders to Sicily are delivered within approximately 24 working hours.
  • If you are from Canicattì or nearby areas, you can conveniently place your order online and pick it up at our physical store, with no shipping costs.
  • If you select cash on delivery as your payment method, please prepare the exact amount to pay the courier, which is the value of the goods plus €4.90 for the service.

Package Integrity

To ensure product safety and integrity, all Vanity Stock packages are sealed exclusively with personalized tape bearing the official logo.

• If a package is received without our personalized tape or shows signs of tampering, DO NOT open it and immediately report the tampering to the courier and our customer service.
• If a package without personalized tape is opened, Vanity Stock cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged goods.
