We inform you pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, 196 (CODE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA), that the data you provide to our company, or otherwise acquired as part of our activity; may be processed, in compliance with the law mentioned above, for the following purposes: correct management of the request for information sent to us via the contact form. The data will be processed using suitable tools to guarantee security and confidentiality and may be also carried out through automated tools designed to store, manage and transmit the data themselves. This will however be done in ways that comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003. 196 and from Annex B to the aforementioned decree. METHOD AND PLACE OF PROCESSING OF COLLECTED DATA

Treatment methods

The Data Controller processes the Data of Interested Parties and Users in a lawful and correct manner and adopts appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools , with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of persons in charge involved in the corporate organization of the Site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers) may have access to the Data. , hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as Managers by the Data Controller. Place
The Data is processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller. Any processing of Data outside the member countries of the European Union may require consent from the User or Interested Party.

Timing
The Data is processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User and the User can always request its removal from the Site's servers for legitimate reasons.

Purpose of the Processing of Collected Data
The Data of the User or the Interested Party is collected to allow: the provision of the service or the delivery of the goods purchased on the Site and more generally for administrative-accounting or technical purposes; the response to specific information requests from the User; updating the User on new products or services provided by the Site or in relation to particular commercial offers; informing the User during maintenance on the Site or any disruptions; any commercial profiling of the User; viewing of advertising banners in relation to the User's interests (behavioral targeting/advertising); the defense by the Site Owner, in court or in the stages preparatory to its possible establishment, against abuses in the use of the same or related services by of the User.
